OnINBOX doesn’t really change the mail flow once connected and instead sits alongside the current mailflow like a sidecar. When you connect OnINBOX, it adds a mailbox rule that moves all new messages into the OnINBOX Processing folder. When a new email arrives, OnINBOX receives a notification, scans the email, adds in the ‘ACT’ to the top of the email and moves the email back into your inbox. If in the unlikely case that OnINBOX encountered a problem, you will still continue to receive emails without delay or interruption.
