Why are my calendar communications not scanned?

I'm not seeing the ACT banner on calendar invites...

Customers might notice that ‘ACT’ does not appear at the top of Calendar invites. OnINBOX is still scanning these messages and checks that these invites are authentic, however if they are authentic OnINBOX does not update the message with the scan results as this stops the invitations from functioning.
