1. Check if you have two OnINBOX processing rules
  2.  Simply delete the set of folders and delete the rules if there’s a duplicate of those too. 
  3. If you are using OnINBOX Manager you can then reinstall OnINBOX via OnINBOX Manager. 
  4. If you are using Central Provisioning and have auto deploy enabled you will have to turn this off to reinstall the user then they can turn it back on again.
