OnINBOX processes all incoming customer emails in a sandbox. It is an environment created for just a couple seconds processing this individual email, and then it’s completely destroyed.

We do not store any of the email body content once it has been processed - With the exception of the sender’s email address and any embedded URL links or tracking pixels. The sender’s email address is stored (encrypted) on our servers, meanwhile embedded URL links or tracking pixels are encrypted using a unique user generated encryption key and stored within the original email, within the ‘learn more’ link, and not stored on our server.

The processing is an entirely automated process with no human interaction with the email content.
