Here is what you can do to make sure that OnINBOX flags up a bad email next time.

If an email you received was bad but all OnINBOX indicators were green, you can blacklist the email address of the sender in your OnINBOX account or in OnINBOX Manager. so next time the same email will come in as red. 

OnIBOX will soon be able to blacklist whole domains as well.
