OnINBOX scans the emails as they come in and takes a few seconds for the email to be processed and sent back into your inbox. In the rarest of cases an email can be delayed for up to 2 minutes. These rare cases are caused by Google/Microsoft not sending us a timely notification of a new email coming in.
