The OnINBOX A C T (Authentication, Content & Trust) indicators give a clear visual indicator of the risk level for every email received.
If the A C T indicators are completely green it means OnINBOX has not detected anything unusual about the email and you can proceed as normal.
If one of more of the A C T indicators is amber you should treat the email with caution. You can click "Learn more" to find out why OnINBOX classified the email in this way. For example, OnINBOX might have seen that the email was machine generated and so it could carry more risk than if it was from a trusted contact.
If one or more of the A C T indicators are red, then you should proceed with extreme caution. Click ''Learn more" to find out why OnINBOX has classified the email in this way, and potentially report the email by clicking "Report" in the banner next to the A C T warnings. This will alert your administrator so others can be protected.
